One of the better products
I’ve used several aftermarket htv products and this one is hands down my favorite for athletic apparel. I’ve only used it on cotton/poly blend shirts, nothing else. It weeds nicely. My only gripe is that I have to tape the sheet down to the cutting mat. It’s not quite 24” but you can’t cut 24” anyway so that’s not really a big deal to me. I just keep that in mind during the designing process so I can adjust accordingly. This brand vinyl is more expensive than some of the stuff you can get on Amazon, but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for.

Tough to learn but great stuff!
I bought sport flex to make my sister a sweatshirt. When I first opened the product I had no idea where to start. Unfortunately there are no directions on the packaging but you just need to watch a quick YouTube video. I do not have a Cricut iron but my regular iron works just fine. I recommend putting a cut T-shirt in between the iron and the material because I did it without that once and it burned my sport flex. I guess it just depends on how hot your iron gets. I’ve now made 3 sweatshirts with it and they all came out amazing. The print looks super high quality. I hope they wash well! Defiantly wish there was more product per roll though for the price. It will be a little frustrating at first remembering to click “mirror” before cutting! Ive also seen reviews saying that it doesn’t say it doesn’t work with 100% cotton when right on the front of the package it says “polyester” you can do polyester cotton mix though. READ!!! I wish I could upload pics of how great my stuff came out.

Works perfect on dry fit shirts
This product worked perfectly on dry fit/polyester shirts. It cut perfectly with my Cricut Explore Air 2 and I used my Easy Press 2 with the suggested settings. Colors are vibrant on the shirt and no peel after washing multiple times. Would recommend this product to others....which I have already done.

Ok so in case no one knows cricut has a spot on their website for materials because they can't print 50 dang pages for instructions for every vinyl as it has different instructions for each different fabric or substrate. Ok now that that is out of the way. Next the instructions are freaking clear that its for polyester and nylon. Ok so that being said I decided to use it anyway on a 100% cotton shirt. It worked like a charm. If you are using it on cotton you can not hold the iron in one sport for longer than 10 to 15 seconds. You must move the iron around using parchment paper between it and the iron with a towel or the deal for the easy press. Temp needs to be at max on house hold iron appropriately 400 ° and you to that let it cool before removing the transfer sheet and then place parchment paper and iron again moving. It is not recommended to use this on cotton but it works perfectly and feels like screen print. It looks amazing.

Great finished product
While it can be hard to tell on some colors which side is the shiny side (maybe they could add some text to the transfer sheet so we know which side it’s on?) I really enjoy this iron on vinyl. It’s hard to tell it is even vinyl once applied to a garment. It looks lovely. I have used it on three shirts so far and am very impressed. Just wish I could get larger rolls of the stuff.

So far so good, my son is a police officer and ask me to make him a shirt. The shirt is Polyester and i was worried that the vinyl would crack. The shirt has went though many washing's, we do turn it inside out and tumble dry. He has gotten many complements. There was no instructions but there are many You Tubes and the package does say you can go to help.cricut.com I ordered the silver and midnight blue.

It was a little inconvenient that directions had to be found online, and some type of little indicator as to the \"up\" side would be very helpful as with some colors it's hard to tell... (I clipped a corner and experimented with my iron) But over all once I figured it out it's been amazing! seems to stay and wash well & can be stretched and returns to shape without distortion. I love it.
