New in Design Space: Juneteenth images by Bulb Graphics
Juneteenth — also referred to as Freedom Day, Jubilee Day, Liberation Day, and Emancipation Day — is the commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States.
Juneteenth is a day of both remembrance and celebration, reflecting upon a darker time in American history while acknowledging the hope and promise of a brighter future.
Earlier this year, we featured graphic designer Joey Johnson as part of our ongoing creator highlight series. After discovering a passion for doodling and design, Joey founded her own graphic design firm — Bulb Graphics. Her work has transformed into an award-winning, boutique business that specializes in print and digital designs serving federal, state, and local governments, academic institutions, nonprofits, and other small businesses.
Joey has also been an amazing contributor to the Cricut Design Space image library, creating a variety of designs celebrating Black pride, antiracism, and the female experience. We’re proud to expand Joey’s work within our Design Space collection, adding new graphics dedicated to the Juneteenth holiday.

Joey’s images are available in Design Space under the search term “Bulb Graphics – Juneteenth.” There are 15 images within the library, including those featured below.

We’re grateful for our amazing partners that continue to shed light on important days of remembrance, educational topics, and more. Is there another creator you’d love to see us collaborate with? Let us know in the comments below!
