Gaurav Jindal

Gaurav Jindal is the Vice President of Data, where he is responsible for leading the overall data strategy, execution, and operationalizing data insights. He also overseas machine learning team focused on building recommendation systems that personalize the user experience across key touchpoints in the customer journey. His expertise lies in creating scalable data platforms, product analytics, and digital analytics solutions.

With over 20 years of experience, Gaurav has worked across retail, high-tech, and e-commerce industries. Prior to his current role, he led Samsung's customer data platform team. He has also held key positions at e-commerce startups and co-founded a company in the digital commerce space. Additionally, he has extensive experience in supply chain management, covering areas such as demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain network optimization.

Gaurav holds a B.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
