She joined Cricut in 2017. She has a fervent dedication to crafting an exceptional employee journey, with a clear mission: to curate an environment where top-tier talent thrives, from recruitment to the implementation of cutting-edge programs like onboarding and performance management. Drawing from her background in experience design and a deep-rooted commitment to fostering a vibrant company culture, Miranda is on a mission to revolutionize the workplace experience at Cricut. Her aim? To empower employees to fully embrace the company's ethos of leading a creative life while also meeting business objectives.

Prior to joining Cricut, Miranda's professional journey began in the realm of events, where she honed her skills as an Event Manager before co-founding a wedding production company. A transition into Project Management at Henriksen Butler sparked her passion for human resources, propelling her into the field where she now resides. She actively participates on multiple advisory boards for various companies, offering valuable insights and recommendations in the realms of HR and experience design.

Miranda's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Experience Design Management from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Western Governors University. She remains actively engaged in the academic community, currently serving as a member of the Brigham Young University Marriott Business School's Young Professional Advisory Council (YPAC), advising the school on curriculum enhancements and mentoring students to prepare them for job placement.
