Treat a Teacher with our #CricutCleartheList Contest!

As Back to School season approaches, teachers are actively prepping their classrooms to welcome new students. We understand it’s no easy task to transform a room into an inclusive space that educates and inspires. Each year, we’re blown away by the love and creativity that our community of teachers pours into making their students feel excited to tackle the year ahead.

For us, it’s important to give back to the educators who continue to give of their time, hearts, and creativity, year after year. That’s why we’ve committed to awarding $50,000 to clear the Amazon classroom wish lists of 100 lucky teachers ($500 per winner) across the country with our #CricutClearTheList contest!

How does it work?

Beginning July 18^th until August 15^th, you can enter the contest and nominate an educator (it can even be yourself!) in one of two ways! First, you can stitch our #CricutClearTheList announcement video on TikTok – in your video, you must mention:

The name of the educator you’re nominating
How this educator positively impacted you, your child, or their student’s classroom experience
And also how the nominated educator uses their Cricut machine in the classroom, or how they would use a Cricut machine in their classroom if they don’t already own a Cricut machine
Make sure to tag @Cricut and use #CricutClearTheList in the caption

You can also enter by resharing our #CricutClearTheList announcement post from Instagram to your public Instagram Story. For this method of entry to qualify, you must:

Reshare the announce post to your Story and tag @Cricut in the same Story frame
Utilize the text feature on the same frame to clarify the following:
- The name of the educator you’re nominating
- How this educator positively impacted you, your child, or their student’s classroom experience
- And also how the nominated educator uses their Cricut machine in the classroom, or how they would use a Cricut machine in their classroom if they don’t already own a Cricut machine
- Make sure to tag @Cricut and use #CricutClearTheList in the text

Once you’ve shared our post to your Story according to these requirements, you must also screenshot the Instagram Story frame and DM it to us @Cricut.

Remember, whether posting on TikTok or Instagram, your accounts must be public for us to view your submissions!

How do I win?

The Cricut team will review all entries and select winners on a rolling basis:

25 winners will be selected on July 24^th, 2024
25 winners will be selected on July 31^st, 2024
25 winners will be selected on August 7^th, 2024
And the final 25 winners will be selected on August 16^th, 2024

We’ll be reaching out to winners via Direct Message on either Instagram or TikTok (depending on where you entered!) to gather your nominated educator’s contact info and send them their $500 Amazon gift card.
