Cricut unveils two new smart cutting machines—Cricut Explore 4 and Cricut Maker 4—built with faster speeds, more materials and accessories, and new design options to power your creativity. These new machines have all the capabilities of previous generations of machines, but now they cut at speeds up to twice as fast.*

Available in two colors, both machines come with an elevated out-of-box experience with more materials and accessories included, along with increased ease-of-use of Design Space, all at lower price points than previous generation of machines.**

Like the previous generation of cutting machines, Cricut Maker 4 and Cricut Explore 4 both work with Cricut Smart Materials (nifty materials designed to feed directly into these Cricut cutting machines without a machine mat). These materials allow you to get the most out of your machine as they enable long, continuous cuts up to 12 ft (3.6 m) for long banners, batch making and so much more. Available in two new colors: Seashell & Sage 

In US and Canada, Cricut Explore 4 & Cricut Maker 4 are available in two colors: Seashell and Sage (Sage colored models are available exclusively at Michaels). Seashell is simple and modern, offering a sense of comfort and sophistication in any home. Sage is soft and tranquil, adding a sense of comfort and balance to any home. Outside of North America, Cricut Explore 4 is available in Seashell and Cricut Maker 4 is available in Sage.

With this next generation of cutting machines being up to 2X faster than previous models and come with more materials and accessories to help get started, Cricut is excited to offer these new machines at prices less than our previous generation of machines. Cricut Explore 4 is $249.99 and Cricut Maker 4 $399.99.

When and where are these new machines available?

In the US and Canada, Cricut Explore 4 and Cricut Maker 4 will be available starting February 28. On this date, both models will be available in seashell color on Cricut.com and at Michaels. The sage colored models will be available exclusively at Michaels in a bundle. Beginning March 14, Seashell machines will be available at all other major retailers where Cricut® products are sold, while the Sage color will continue to be available only at Michaels in a bundle. 

Will each of these machines be sold as bundles?

Yes, both machines will be sold as bundles. For those just getting started with Cricut, bundles provide more materials, tools and accessories than the standalone machines to help get you started and keep you making. Not to mention, they offer great value for your money. For those interested in Sage color machines, the Cricut Explore 4 Essentials Bundle and Cricut Maker 4 Essentials Bundle will be available exclusively at Michaels.
