Discover October’s Material of the Month – Cricut Printable & Labels
If you’ve never tried Cricut printable materials, now is the time to discover all they have to offer. In this blog post we’ll take a closer look at some of the materials available and share a selection of fun projects you can make. And as Cricut Printables are great for making stickers and labels we’ve included some label materials in our round up too.

Printable Iron-on
Full-colour heat transfer projects are easier than ever with this amazing iron-on material. Designed with a liner instead of a carrier sheet, Printable Iron-On lets you print your design of choice on it — just like sticker paper! No more complex layering or multiple sheets of heat transfer vinyl. Simply design your idea, print it in full colour with your home inkjet printer, then let your Cricut cutting machine precision-cut your design. Finally, transfer it onto a T-shirt, tote, decor, and so much more with a Cricut heat press or household iron.
For best results, do not iron decoration after application, apply to pre-washed and fully dried materials on, allow 48 hours after application before washing, wash inside out in cold water and hang to dry.

Printable Stickers
We can’t think of an object that isn’t instantly improved with a sticker! Cricut has a huge range of sticker materials available making sure you’ll find just the right sticker for your project. From waterproof stickers for waterbottles, plant pots and kitchen canisters, to printable vinyl in metallic colourways for adorning your laptop, phone cases and so much more. There’s even Holographic printable sicker paper for making a statement with added sparkle and shine. We even have a dedicated Stickers Page in Design Space to help you choose your next sticker project.
Any image can be turned into a sticker with the Create Sticker feature. Simply add your chosen image to your canvas and choose ‘Sticker’ from the Tools Panel. Writable Vinyl
Create quick and simple labels with a combination of Cricut writable vinyl and pens & markers. Simply set your text to ‘writing’ using the Toolbar and attach it to your label shape and you’ll have labels in next to no time.
There are a range of materials available including Removable Smart Label Writable Vinyl which easily peels away without damaging surfaces, so you can label everything without commitment. Try the Transparent, White for 12 inch machines or Transparent, White or Black for Cricut Joy™.
For projects like notebook covers or pantry labels, there’s permanent Writable Vinyl available too.

Writable Vinyl Projects
Dissolvable Label Paper
This material is going to be your BFF in the kitchen and your go-to material for temporary party personalisation. With this dissolvable label, both the paper and adhesive are water-soluble. When the label needs to be changed or you want to remove it, simply run it under water. Place it in the dishwasher, or add to the washing up bowl. The paper can be written on and cut without a mat in compatible Smart Material machines. Try it on food containers for easy labelling, party drinkware for a personal touch, or even as a traceable guide for crafts like embroidery.
