Finding high-quality crochet and knitting patterns from trusted designers can be challenging. The good news is, we did the searching so you wouldn’t have to! Cricut conducted an extensive review of the crochet and knitting world, evaluating thousands of artists and patterns across the internet to identify some of the very best independent designers. We then partnered with artists whose patterns combine beautiful design, clear instructions, and finished projects we believe you’ll love.

Rather than offering generic patterns, Cricut Patterns showcases carefully curated premium designs from talented creators, giving members access to patterns that would typically be purchased individually on other platforms, and allowing those patterns to all be stored in one convenient place. Getting started with Cricut Patterns is simple!

2. Explore the project details

Each pattern page includes helpful information before you unlock it, including a product description, the difficulty level, yarn requirements, other materials and tools needed, and finished dimensions. Plus, check out more photos of the completed design. These details help you choose projects with confidence before committing your credits.

3. Save your favorites

Not ready to start? Save patterns to revisit later by clicking the heart or the bookmark to build your project wishlist. These saved patterns can be easily found again in the future, along with any purchased patterns, on the “My Project Bag” page.

4. Unlock your pattern

When you’ve found the perfect project, unlock it by clicking the “Download pattern” button.

Currently, each pattern costs four Cricut credits. These are the same credits used across other eligible Cricut experiences, including Cricut Coloring Pages, Cricut Photo Art, and features in Design Space such as AI Project Designer and Create AI.
