Getting Started With Cricut
When you take your machine out of the box, follow the instructions at design.cricut.com/setup to create a Design Space account and register your machine. The prompts on screen will take you through the set up process step by step. You will even make your very first cut with the materials you have inside your box so that you become familiar with the process of designing in the Canvas screen and choosing the correct automated material settings.
In Design Space you will also find a page called How Tos. This page consists of a wide selection of videos, written guides and checklists to help get started. The content is arranged by theme so you can easily find what you want, from cardmaking and paper flowers to stickers, labels and Design Space tips. This is coupled with project inspiration to put your new skills and knowledge into practice.

Inspiration
Once you’ve got everything is out of the box and set up, sometimes it can be overwhelming to figure out which project to start with! Thankfully inspiration is never too far away!
