Nail DIYs. All the rage, but a web of uncertainty. All those special tools, stencils and stamps you have to buy… why? You’ve got a Cricut? Then you’ve got easy ways to do awesome nails! Just in time for Halloween, here’s a spider web nail DIY that will have your digits looking frightfully fierce.
Load your white vinyl into your Cricut machine. This project is perfect for those vinyl scraps you’ve saved. We did both nails with a 2” wide piece!
Use your Cricut Tools weeder to painlessly move away those small pieces of vinyl in what we call the negative space. What and why is it a weeder? That’s another blog post!
Paint your nails the color of your choice. Our choice? Black. Naturally.
Use your Cricut Tools Tweezers to lift your spider web vinyl decal from the Cricut mat. These Tweezers—totally different than any other tweezers out there. You grab the small cut, and release! The Cricut Tweezers hold that little guy for you… and your hands are left untangled to successfully add your vinyl decal to the nail.
Repeat—five times… or ten… or twenty. Every single finger and toe can quickly be Cricuted!
Rock those nails to your office party or trick-or-treat in tempting tarsal fashion!
