Much to be grateful for

How many people do you know who do so many wonderful things for you and others and don't ever really expect anything in return? We are surrounded by so many very wonderful unsung heroes. These remarkable people do so many meaningful and grand things in the grandest of displays or in the simplest ways. Even the smallest of deeds can at times mean the world to us. All too often we can become accustomed to these and forget just how meaningful the "do- gooders" in our life are and what a blessing the doer of the deed is. The world becomes a bit brighter of a place when we show appreciation and gratitude to those who we sometimes take for granted. Use your Cricut today to create something that can show just how much you really appreciate the angels in your life.

Happy Cricuting,

Lonna Joy Smoot- Editor, Cricut CHIRP!

The house is make from the dog house in paper pups but I left the door cut out in green.

CRICUT BOARD

This week's highlighted threads are:

TIPS TREASURE CHEST - Disney shapes- scallop border

This clever and helpful tip is back by popular demand. It is done without the Design Studio.

I was soooo excited to see that I could make an almost 12 inch scallop border using this cart!

1. Use the key that has a big heart and Minnie written though it, use the layers/outfit/tongue function, and the shift button.

2. Cut at 2 inches. (This will be the width of the circle-not the length of the border)
This will cut out what is supposed to be a solid circle background for the name Minnie.

3. Take your trimmer and slice in half long ways and you have two lovely scallop borders for a scrapbook

CARTRIDGE EXPLORATION -

Greetings Cricuteers!

Crafty Kimber was ill most of this past week, so she didn't get a chance to play with anything (she says poor Eddie feels neglected). We're sorry, but there won't a cartridge exploration this week. She does promise that next week's will be extra special!
