someone please help! I know Im not the only one who has made this mistake!

Ok so I have never replaced the blade in my cricut and decided to replace it. Well I tried getting the blade out with the push button but it wouldnt come out! So i took the housing apart and got the blade out. I put everything back in exactly the way it came out but it isnt springy now or if its springy it wont turn witht the numbers. Can anyone tell me how to put it back together?

So I went to replace my blade and it was jammed with tiny bits of paper. When I pushed on the end of the housing to get the blade out, everything in the housing shot out. Now I don't know what order to put everything in to get it back together! Please help!
