Oh my ... what a totally pretty and fun card! Love the paper you selected for the water ... somehow, it's perfect. I also love the many colorful layers of your fish, he looks fabulous! I am not 100% sure how a fish is considered a four-legged friend??? But, hey ... it's a darling image, so it works for me!
