I just cut the cupcake holder at 9 1/4 size and it seems to be the correct size for standard cupcakes. It took me a while to figure this out so I thought I'd share and save others the trouble.

Thanks for sharing! I just read somewhere else to try 5 3/4". Needless to say, it was WAY off. Might be ok for a mini cupcake though  Becky

Thanks! I just got a request for something "Batman" for my grand daughters friend. I want to do the cupcake holder and a card. This will save me time!
