NOT all digital cartridges are licensed for Canada. But ONLY DIGITAL. Physical cartridges are licensed.

I purchased Disney's Best of Pixar. Only to find out a week later that I was being reimbursed
for my purchase due to licensing agreement, Ok that's fine BUT IF I purchase a physical cartridge like my work did, I can keep it. WHAT THE HECK ?!?!?!? I have all the other Disney licensed cartridges, But I can't have this one. And the operator from Cricut told me to find a cartridge and I could keep it. Now doesn't licensing agreements mean for ALL ??? Guess not. I'm seriously thinking of going to another machine, one that values their long term customers. Already angry about the rewards program now this !!!!

it's frustrating and i wish that PC can disclose regional restrictions for digital content. Hopefully customer service can provide you with something to resolve this...

as for the rewards...i know i would like to see more too Flapper

Good Luck!

on the info page they do say they are licensed for US only. Its the agreement PC has with Disney to sell the cartridges Digital if PC doesn't follow Disney's rules in the agreement they can be fined and lose the chance at selling any more licensed image. Most stores won't even ship the Disney ones out side of the US. This isn't just a cricut thing, it can be seen on all sorts of stuff. sadly anyone out side of the US only way they get them is through a person not a company. I understand your frustration though. Hope you can end up finding a physical copy.

One of our other Canadian friends reported recently that Cricut.com will not ship physical Disney carts to Canada, either. If you are getting them from a secondary supplier, they are breaking the law, also.....

Crying

So we can only buy Disney carts that are sold in Canada then? I've gotten all of mine from Amazon.ca so far.

Cricut told me that it's ok that I have all the other Disney cartridges (bought threw them). They will be supported if I ever need help. So how the heck would Disney know if I bought it when it was allowed to now ?

And usually unless there is a language on packaging problem. Things sold in USA are also sold here.
And if the cartridge is in the craftroom which is centered in USA and I don't have a physical cartridge, It hasn't actually left the states. ???

Oh well I guess I'll just have to live with their decision, It's just after finding out that my over 2000 rewards points are useless outside of US it was a little too much. The straw that broke the camels back :/

I'm confused too. About your statement that reward points are not valid outside the USA. Who told you that? I've never had problems using points.
