Hi. I am attempting to help a friend fix her E. Power on... blinking lights and clicking noise... nothing else. We were told to update the firmware, but if I am correct, I need to power on to update firmware and it will not power on. I tried the plug from my E (which should work just fine b/c I used my E last week with no problems) but that did not help. Is there any way to fix this and/or update the firmware, please?

I'd love to fix it for her or to just know it's broken rather than taking too much more time trying to figure it out. I'm going to be selling my E2 and she is considering buying it if hers truly cannot be fixed but out hope is to fix hers and have someone else by mine :). However, I'd like to get it sold soon (like before BF sales start to happen) so knowing what's up with hers would be so helpful.

Thanks in advance for your help.
