HELP! I have to update my firmware each time I connect to CCR. I have an Expression and cut a few times a week, there shouldn't that many updates!

I read on this forum that someone else was having the same problem, but cannot find that post.

It sounds like your Cricut is not completing the firmware update. With the E, it usually takes 2 passes to complete the update and you have to go back into update mode before starting the second pass.

If that's not the problem, call PC and CS will help you troubleshoot over the phone.
