I purchased the Better Together cartridg for my new Expression 2 and when I put it in it reads "Cartridge Error - Please reinsert cartridge and try again - Error 99" Another Imagine cartridge I've tried works ok. Does this just mean I got a bad cartridge?

Hello! I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your cartridge. I would first try to update your Expression 2 through Cricut Sync. This may fix the error. If this does not fix the issue please call customer service at 877-7cricut. We would be happy to help!
