I had grabbed these mini pens around Christmas time at Wal-Mart. The colors didn't seem appropriate for Christmas but I figured I'd find a use for them somehow. Low and behold they look great with Easter/Spring paper. The design is helping me use up my scraps. I cut the squares at 1 1/4" shadow using George and use a corner punch on two sides. The mat is 3 x 3. The pattern for the base I found on You Tube. TFL ShirlGirl attached the following image(s):
