I bought the Cricut V1 Limited Edition back in January. I went to use it for the first time at a Crop event and half way through the event, on the key pad the left characters are all lite up. (Such as Bold, Italic, Shadow etc.) All those characters are lite up where you should only have one lite up. I have tried reseting it and that did not work. This is the first Cricut that I have ever owned and have no idea what else to try. It's just frustrating buying something that doesnt work. Please Help!!

This is the exact problem I am having as well. So I do know your frustration! I haven't figured it out either. Once I do I will let you know.
