Josie, your sketch 1 card turned out wonderful! Love how you weaved the ribbon through the center! Here is my sketch 1 card that went sort of South, lol! I started making it an easel card, hence everything in the small center, but decided I didn't want to at the last minute! SandyPalmer attached the following image(s):

Yup I just start at 80->90 (10), 90->00 (20), 00->10 (30), then count up from there. lol It is hard to believe I'm old enough to be married (nearly) 33 years. I hope to get into my craftroom today to make some cards. (I'm behind on my blog, too. Double UGH!) Later gator, D- Edited by user Saturday, March 09, 2013 11:44:26 AM(UTC)

Turtlebug – wow! Gorgeous baby cards and great work with the eyelets. That’s a wonderful card for your DGS in the ad colours – love the papers! It sounds like a good opportunity for him! As for your paper cracking, I have misted vellum with water and it helps. For glossy paper, I tend to sand it more and then leave it to show more white or I will ink it. Great interpretation of Sketch #3 - love the colour combination and pretty flower accents! Wow, wow! Love your daughter’s anniversary card! Everything is just perfect!
Sandy – Cute card for Sketch #3 – wonderful image as usual and great photo corners! Glad to see you’re still making your Christmas cards – great plaid ribbon and snowflake accent!
Sue – Nice bright and glittery card! I do recognize those DCWV papers!
BingoLady – Pretty background paper and a great versatile card!
Britishgirl – that’s a wonderful Easter card and great Sketch #3. Soft yellows and blue work well with the image!

Here is my Sketch #3 card - flipped. I used Elegant Edges for the purple background, CM Holiday Cards and Tags for the yellow frame and MS Seasonal Cake for the bunny and frames. I fussy cut the green for the grass and used flocking powder on the bunny. Found pearls in my stash that look egg-shaped.

Here is my Sketch #2 - my favourite! I used new Prima Sunset Sunrise papers. I used Forever Young for the dress form. I stamped and created the skirt with ribbon. The flowers were made using MS punch.

Afternoon ladies. Sorry I have been missing in action the last few weeks...life and kids in the way. We were given the green light to go house hunting but now the bank is kind of back pedaling so we are on hold again...frustrating. I have hit and miss on the challenges the last few weeks. Hopefully you don't mind but I am just going to post all of them here. This week: Was kind of stumped on sketch #1...the triangle in the background was throwing me way off. I decided to go with a "male" card...I'll decide on a sentiment later. Cartridge: Life's A Beach. Sketch #2...sorry no cricut or cuttlebug. Previous week: Sketch #1...thank you to assistant bball coach for daughter Cartridge: Boys Will Be Boys - bball George - star Cuttlebug: Dots. Two weeks ago: Color challange and one of the sketches ??. LisaW. attached the following image(s):

I wish I had more time to make cards ...I also hope that next time I can find this forum (yes I'm very new to this even though I've owned a cricut for about 2 years now). I love all your wonderful ideas!!! I wish we were neighbors

Here is my card using Sandy's #1 sketch. I also entered it over on the blog hop at www.mypapercrafting.com. It has been Mothers Day over here today and I have had a little time to myself (not as much as I had hoped but hay never mind) my son washed the dishes after lunch and he and my hubby will do the Sunday tea (that should be good for a laugh) No they are both getting to be quite good now. Hope you are all having a good day too. Sue There is a better photo over on my blog as I took this and hubby took it again for the hop

Happy Mother's Day to those who are celebrating it today. Hope you all have a wonderful day.
I'm going to try and post the notes I've been writing for the last several days.
Nana Donna....That's a lovely baby card and in one of my favorite color combos. The ribbon is perfect for the card as is the flower.
Turtlebug...I love both the baby cards you made. I didn't notice the "extra" spokes until you mentioned it. LOL. The eyelets look great on the tags. They are something that I never think to use even though I have a bunch of them. A great Ad Color card. Your grandson will love it. I like how you used the online image. The #1 sketch card is is also very nice and I like what you did with the ribbon. The #3 sketch for you daughter is beautiful. Pretty paper, flower and the MS punch is perfect for the card.
Sandy....the card is adorable and I like the corner stickers you used. Very nice Christmas card too. It's great that you are keeping up with making them. Sketch #3 is so darn cute...cute image, lovely colors and the butterflies are beautiful. Did you use "flower soft" on the diaper?
Raquel....That was interesting what you suggested about using a thinner stack when embossing so the paper doesn't crack. I usually try to use paper that doesn't have white inside unless I'm going to distress it. I'll remember this if I run into the problem. Hope your packing is going well.
Bingo Lady....Wow, your #2 sketch is just wonderful. I love the BG paper and all the bright colors. Very nice job with the embossing too.
Lisa W.....You did 4 very unique cards. Thanks for posting them.
British Girl....a very nice and colorful #3 card and the image is just adorable.
Across the Pond....Your card for sketch #1 came out great. Another adorable image, great paper and colors, embossing, and the stitching around the card works great.
I'm in the middle of a major "redo" of my craft room after I realized that the results I wanted won't be obtainable unless I used drastic measures. LOL
