Hi

i am new to all this and pulling my hair out I have the Personal cutter that i brought 2nd hand from a friend and the Design Studio installed on laptop, but unfortunatley i can do any system updates on either so the cartridges i have i cannot find in the design studio and I only have 3 cartridges anyway so at the moment the money I spent on design studio has been a waste as I cannot use it any advice would be appreciated I have connected the machine to my laptop too via usb and laptop recognises there is a machine connected so it is being picked up but I cannot do firmware updates, sync it or check for updates please help xxxx
