Hello everyone... this is my first time with a cricut machine, and i just bought the digital cartridge... so.. i have a question...for example.. I tried to cut the banner.. and in the layer 3/4 appears the eyes and the nose?? it is not supposed to be in separated layers? or there's a trick, for cutting the eyes and then the nose?? i mean if i cut this layer in white paper, for what i should need the nose also in white...I hope someone can help me...

Hi! On most of the carts, the eyes and mouth will cut out of one layer - usually you can put a blackout layer using black, dark brown, etc. What I normally do if I want the mouth or eyes a different color, I cut a small scrap of paper and tape it to the back behind the eyes. Otherwise you can hide contours on the gypsy or in CCR and hide the cuts you don't want on that particular layer. For example, put 2 copies of the layer with the eyes and mouth cutouts on your virtual mat. On one of them hide the mouth cut on the second leave it open. You'll use more paper this way, but get the same effect.
