Newbie here...
I have an Exp2 and I'm using the Keystone cart. Trying to weld a child's name together and I was able to do that successfully, however the center of the letter 'o' did not cut out so it just looks like a full circle. What am I doing wrong?

Usually just moving the O down slightly fixes that problem. You can see that the inside won't cut in the first picture below. In the second one I've moved the O down slightly and the inside of the O appears again, meaning that it will cut.
