No, something else must be going on. Each CCR account can only cut from two computers, but you can download CCR to as many computers as you want. If you login on a computer that isn't one of your cutting computers, you can still design and save those files and when you login on one of your cutting computers, those files are in your account and you can send them to cut.
Call PC and CS will help you get the program working on your Mac.
