 good computer connection with error message...unable to retrieve or process the device upgrade manifest........and when going to register to unlock the built in cartriges I get a 404 file or directory not found......any others get this? frustrated and ready to send back to HSN. thanks.

There was site maintenance on cricut.com yesterday and I don't think things are back to normal yet, based on what I see in the forums. Probably best to contact support tomorrow to make sure they are aware there are still issues with the site. HTH

I had the same problem-called and they had me set up a cricut.com account first and then within that account I could register
