I have updated and updated. Nothing changes. I have uninstalled CCR and reinstalled. Im about to pull my hair out. Its super bowl Sunday and I am in the cardmaking mood! I also have Cricut Design Studio and can't update anything. I have 20 cartridges and only a few of them are listed to add to my own.

Happy Super Bowl/Craft Day!! I'm gonna be doing the same. It might be your anti-virus and firewall. Since PC Support is closed today, I would search the Web for insx. Good luck!

Wondering if you got it worked out. I had the same problem and was told my anti-virus was the problem. Geek Squad figured out it was that the program does not play well  with Windows 8. He switched it to compatible mode with Windows 7 and it works fine. Hope this helps. Dana
