I struggle with masculine cards. Flowers, bows, and girly things come much easier for me. The background paper looks like denim. Both cuts are from the Old West cartridge. I placed a couple of jewels on the Happy Trails cut. This cut was from some gold poster board. I cut the cowboy hat from light brown and added some inking and drew in the lines with a marker. The band and the shadow cut for the Happy Trails is cut using the same color of paper--kind of a reddish brown. The hat is popped off of the card. I placed a strip of ribbon at the bottom of the card which I had gotten off of the markdown rack that I bought several years ago that I use quite often on Western themed projects. I also added three gold jewels at the top for some added shine and interest. Joyful Carol attached the following image(s):

Very cool card! I will have to remember this one, my cousin's son is big into cowboy stuff and this would make a great card for him! Thanks for the inspiration!
