I am so so sad  my Cricut Expression will be out of commission for a while. I am acting like I use it 24/7. I so going to get into card making this year and start with Valentine cards. I am bummed beyond belief.   I was able to call support today and was only on hold for like 5 minutes. Spoke with Johnathan who was very helpful. He is sending me a new housing to see if that will fix the problem. I am  what great service I got. Thanks for letting me vent. Cheryl

Oh Noooo ... I am so sorry that your Cricut is out of commission. How great that Customer Support was so helpful ... here's hoping that the new housing that Johnathan is sending you will have you up and running again very quickly! Hope it works ... I'm looking forward to seeing your cards!
