OK, I know there is power going to the machine because when i try to reset it, the keyboard lights up. It does NOT turn on or anything!!! Sooooo sad!! How can i fix this??? Anyone have a suggestion??? :-(

I am currently experiencing the same thing. I can't get it to do anything! I thought maybe it was the outlet, but my little bug is plugged into the same one and is working. I'm frustrated, really need to use this today!!
