Why is my E2 losing connection in the middle of cutting an item? I have the newest update of the ccr and the cricut is updated. I didn't have this problem before I did the updates.

Did that when I was on the phone with them it worked good.. I was on the phone with them for over an hour. They tried everything and not one time did it lose connection......
That is the frustrating part about it.
