A dear friend of mine lost her mother to a sudden stroke on Christmas Eve. I made this card this morning to send to her. She is just beside herself as her mother was only 54.

I've been wanting to do a yellow and grey card. I felt that it would be in bad taste to use Christmas colors. It's never a good time to lose your mother, but on Christmas Eve? I feel so sad for your friend. Your card is beautiful and I think she is gonna love it.
