Well I have a few things to share but I haven't uploaded the images to Photobucket yet. I'll work on that soon!
Also, for 2013... I'm only making one New Year's resolution:
Make at least one Christmas card for each sketch challenge!

Hello ladies...been missing in action the last couple weeks. Too much work (still fighting this miserable cold after 3 weeks) and no time for creativity. Great resolution for the New Year Raquel. I have a couple resolutions...learn to use digital images and my copic markers that I bought a couple years ago. Do the challenges every week no matter what More scrapbook pages done and finish my disney books (unfortunately was not able to get it completed for my mom for Christmas). Third resolution is to get rid of my second job by the end of 2013!!!! I would like to take this time to wish everybody a Very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. It has really been a blessing to be able to get to know you ladies through your postings and see all your wonderful creations. Lisa

Wow Raquel you never cease to amaze me. Beautiful "rushed" cards and bridal favours. I really like your New Year's resolution and may join you in making tags every week. I had all my cards done by early December but I'm still working on tags and the wrappings.
I too am wishing all the special ladies that follow this thread a Very Merry Christmas with your family and friends. I joined in January of 2012 and I feel honoured to be part of such a wonderful group of ladies. Many of my colleagues that didn't know that I make cards were really surprised when they received them this year. I credit my creations and work to all of you with the wonderful challenges, comments and support. Thank you so much for welcoming me to your group! They're calling for another major snowstorm tonight, so truly a white Christmas for me! Enjoy the festive season!

Hello Ladies, Still very busy these past couple of weeks. Have hardly been home, been going shopping, lunch with friends, Christmas parties, grandaughter's Theater play, wrapping gifts, mailing Christmas cards & packages and now some baking and Tamale-making...will this ever all end?!! WHEW!!
Raquel, Thanks for the break, will be ready for some card-making again next year. Your cards are all very pretty as are the Bridal favors. Hope you didn't have to make too of the favors. I also finished the candy bag Toppers for my daughter and her co-workers really liked them.
Here is a picture of them: They were for her male co-workers, so not too blingy, just plain and simple: WISHING ALL OF YOU A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR! Edited by user Thursday, December 20, 2012 10:23:57 PM(UTC)

Gisele: I sure do hope you stay safe during that snow storm... prayers coming your way
Turtlebug: wow Josie! Thanks for sharing those... those are yummy yummy yummy! I love Ghirardelli. In fact, we bought 6 packs last night because my daughter chose those to give to each of her teachers. I think my favorite label is the embossed blue with the snowflake and the "Fa la la" one... really like how those turned out. They're all so cute though... great job!

Hello all. Things have been very very busy around here also. My Navy grandson and wife and Miss Emma arrived home safely for the holidays late Tuesday night. I only asked that they come up here to see us on Wednesday, I let them make their own plans and try not to interfere with their plans and what and who they want to see. Much to my surprise they have spent everyday up here with us since they returned home and are coming over again today. Nate is make his BBQ sauce to put on the ribs I am making for dinner. The first day they made Gingerbread cookies and decorated them, Emma thought it was more fun to decorate her face. Here is a picture of her.

Needless to say I have been in my room very little, but that is OK I am so enjoying spending time with Nate and his family every moment is important because shortly after he returns back to NH after Christmas he will be deployed for about 9 months. My other navy grandson Dylan get home today.
I did get in my room a bit yesterday and worked on making a bow for Emma to wear with her Christmas outfit.
Well just wanted to wish all or a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR.
Raquel love all your "fast" Christmas cards, they are wonderful Josie great job on those candy bags, love them.

MERRY CHRISTMAS SEASON EVERYONE!!
I too have been missing off and on for a while.....more off than on unfortunately.....this year life has just gotten in my crafting way and lemme tell ya I don't like it so much! LOL! I'd say my resolutions would include getting back to more involvement in my challenges and maybe find some others to have fun in from time to time esp those that deal with my scrappin' buds!! I really miss just getting in my room and getting crafty, esp with dear friends and family to keep me company and motivate me to do so much more!!!
Raq WOW those last minute cards are so amazing!!!!!!!! Love all of them! and those bridal shower purses are too cute!!
Sandy oh yes Christmas def came early for you but look at all those goodies ya got!!! WOOT WOOT!! Know that made you happy!! And a Christmas card already for next year....you truly are my hero!!!! :) hehehe I can only imagine the great stuff you have already done for the DT challenges!!!
Nanadonna thanks for sharing the pics......Emma is getting big!!! I will have to get busy and put up some pics as well!!! :)
Miss you all like crazy!!!!!!!! God bless you in the next few days as we all prepare for the fun of Christmas day!!

Wow some of you guys have been extremely busy making new cards and things. I'm so glad I did all of mine in advance. I don't have all of that frustration. I was glad to see you decided on taking a break right now. It's a good thing because these two weeks are going to be pretty busy for me. My mom just had eye surgery this week and we are keeping my nephew during this time too. So it's been a little nuts o for us. But we are enjoying the time with him regardless. I'd love to post some photos but you know I haven't been able to do this lately. Anyways, I'll be out for a while. Just had a moment to give a shout out! LOL1

Hi Ladies, Just thought I would pop in and say Hi HI I have been stalking on and off but really haven't been in the mood for card making lately. Things have just been a little depressing around here with no job and now losing my insurance at the end of the month. I have been trying to sell a lot of scrapbooking stuff and stuff I have been making just to help pay the bills. People arn't really buying around here so not really selling much at the store. RAQ love all your cards and those purses are so cute and Sandy love your card great as always. Donna Emma is getting so big enjoy your time they grow so fast. I've missed all of you and am hoping to get back into card making after the holidays in between looking for a job. Sandy thank you for the lovely Christmas card. Unfortunatly santa will not be visiting here this year as no money = no presents oh well thats life but I hope you all enjoy your holidays and I will see you all next year. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE

This is the first card I've made in three or four months, and I wanted to share it here. It's not as sucky as they were before, but I still wouldn't ask anybody to pay me for it. LOL sweetpea1030 attached the following image(s):

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday break
I've dropped in quite a few times to peek in and I wasn't able to comment the few times I did log in, so I figured the forum still didn't like me. So here we are... attempting at it once more
SandyPalmer: look at all those yummy goodies you got! I bet you had a lot of fun using them too! Your Christmas card for "next year" is simply adorable. I love those papers
*NanaDonna*: cute cute pictures! My how fast these kids grow up! It's amazing to watch your little Emma grow through shared images... has it really been that long since she was born? Wow!
sweetpea1030: love the easel card... love all the tiny flower pieces
