TGIF fellow crafters.
Us girls are having our sketch challenge this week and here is my take on it.. I loved using my Santa's Village Imagine cartridge, those cuts are just too too cute..
I hope you get some free time to craft with us girls this weekend or just stop by to get some inspiration, click HERE and you'll get redirected to S.O.U.S

As always, your layout is amazing. How do you so effortlessly seem to get your imagine and ccr to work without frustration. What is your secret? I could never do the work of art like you do, but I wish I could get ccr and the imagine to work reliably.

Oh, CCR doesn't always want to play nice. My Imagine has a love/hate relationship with CCR..LOL I usually figure out what size the cuts are that I need by using CCR to design my layout, then manually feed the cut sizes into my Imagine.. Much easier and definitely stress free...LOL
thanks for the kind comment :)

This layout is GORGEOUS!!! I have that cart., however
I do not have the imagine YET! I do have the E2, but
when I got it I did not realize that it does not really
cut the imagine carts only the outline...oh well, one day!

THANKS for sharing!!!

Well now why didn't I think of doing that. Even when the i wants to work with CCR, it is so slow transferring the data that I lose my patience. Thanks for sharing your secret.

I always look forward to the end of the week to see what beautiful creation you have made for the week

Always love your layouts.
I noticed your cuts with the Imagine are perfect. I cannot program to get the cut on the lines, so I have white line shadows on EVERY cut. Drives me crazy.
I think perhaps I am not just Imagine savvy, sigh. Yours looks great, thanks for sharing and maybe giving me enough hope to break it out, reprogram and try again.

My cuts are off sometimes, especially when they are cut below the 6" line on my cutting mat. I had found a youtube video on how to manually set the cutting lines, was very helpful... Plus, make sure your Imagine settings are set to 0 (zero) for the edge of the cut..
I'd be more than happy to help if you have questions..
