I haven't used my E2 for awhile and tonight I tried to use it and it won't cut. The cut button is greyed out and it idicates unable to detect wifi adaptor. I don't have an adaptor I just want to make a simple cut. I had a baby bug for several years and loved it to death. I am frustrated with my experience so far with the E2. Can anyone help? Well after a call to customer service I figured out what I was doing wrong. The image I was trying to cut was to big for the mat size. That's why the cut button was greyed out. It didn't have anything to do with the wifi adapter.
