I designed a file with bats from Happy H and used a rectangle from George. Welded them, loaded both carts in machine (I own both obv.) The preview showed fine, only the welded bats cut. What happened to the rectangle?? Did I forget to do something, do I need an update?? Any ideas? The bats should have been on the edge of the page.Blushing

Did you put both carts into the machine when prompted and hit okay after the cart was inserted?

Were all cuts on the same mat page?

Did you try closing DS and reopening the file and cutting again?

It sounds like it didnt load George. I think you may have accidentally hit the wrong button at the prompt. It will ask if you wanted to skip that cartridge and cut everything else on the page. try it again, and pay close attention to what the prompts are. I have done it before. It's easy to accidentally hit the skip button after you hit it for the Juke box prompt!

I did load both carts in at prompt. Maybe I did hit the wrong button?! Both images were on the same mat. I'll try again. Thanks!

Were the bats inside the george rectangle? If they were it could be a burping problem.

Here's some info on that: Welding - burping your design

If that's not it feel free to email me the .cut file and I'll take a look at it for you. I just got HH last week and need an excuse to cut open the packaging and set it free! Smile

I just tried it and I pressed cancel instead of OK. OOPPs Live and learn.
I wouldn't know how to show you? Its a border of bat on the edge of paper. Similar to
a punch around the page. Or will be when I'm done. Thanks SOO much for all your help!!

In my best Maxwell Smart voice: "The old 'pressed cancel instead of OK' trick. That's the 2nd time I've fallen for that this week!"

Glad you figured it out. Smile
