MANY THANKS To KIETHANN and LADY KING for posting pictures..Truly wonderful baskets and goodies !ThumpUp I have still not opened mine, as I was waiting for Peachy to get her basket delivered...but since she says it is okay with her, I will open it tomorrow and post pix...have to charge the batteries in my camera tonight.

Peachy, I forgot to put a note in there that there is a small package wrapped with light green tissue and a ribbon with little chicks on it near the top of the basket and it is for your little boy....I thought it would be nice for him to get something just in case he is there when you open the basket and he is wondering why he didnt get anything from the Easter bunny Wub
ALso, I had to pare down on wrapping things because it just would not all fit in the basket if I wrapped them all. I had quite a time getting it packed. I hope it is all in good shape. I dont think it could possible have jiggled around much as it it packed tight and then air bags all around it. I am hoping it will get there a day early for you Woot

I am sorry that I was late in checking back for questions ladies...I have been so swamped. I closed my Etsy shop for 2 1/2 days so I could get caught up. So, now we are back in business and YES IT IS OKAY FOR EVERYONE TO OPEN YOUR BASKETS WHEN YOU GET THEM !! Woot Wub

I will get my camera charged up for taking pix of the wonderful basket that I am sure awaits me in that box from Peachy ... I am soooooooo excited !! Woot Wub

Barb, thanks for thinking of my little boy. Love It will be an early Easter present for him, for sure!

Keithann, it's too bad you said "no dibbs" on everything! The crocheted bunny reminds me of my favorite stuffed panda growing up. His name is Paddy and although yellowed with age, he is still around. I have to agree that you do have a nice Easter basket right there.

Who else has pics? BigGrin

Happy Good Friday!!!!!

I just wanted to pass some information that I seen on the news. Michaels stores computes were hacked around the United States. It happened June 2013 to January of this year. They got people's card number and expiration date off of people credit cards. Just make sure to check your accounts making sure there's no unusual charges on your account.

First Target now Michaels maybe I should start paying in cash

One picture of all the things she managed to fit in this basket before opening them..
Adorable little mail-box shaped tin with lots of goodies stuffed inside - including some FLower Soft stuff ( I have been wanting to try this medium ) and little wooden embellishments- very nice!
THis also made me realize that I think that I forgot to put your embellished tin into the package I sent to you....Blushing Blink I will look for it - things got so crazy last week and I cannot recall if I put it in there but I bet that I didnt Flapper
Adorable little "cupcake" box made to fit ribbons and Washi tapes - so cute !

Peachy ! You were so generous and kind with all the lovely things in this basket. And your crafting is truly superb ! Thank you so much - I LOVE EVERYTHING in there and the time and effort you put into it is very obvious.ThumpUp Some of the thing you made I have never seen before and I can learn a lot from your design skills....very nice ! Wub ThumpUp

Here are more pix for you all to enjoy and I shall try to describe the items as I can...

2 Lovely Easter Kitchen towels...so pretty !
OMG !! The Altered canvas is GREAT - OOO LA LA !! It is already hanging on my wall !!
"Merci Beaucoup !!!"
Butterfly embossing folder...one that I do not already have ! BigGrin
A really lovely set of greeting cards - beautiful designs and she went above and beyond the requirements Love
A most incredible Mini-Album which I tried to show you several views so that you can appreciate how much work was put into it. I have never seen one made like this before...so unusual. I love the colors and the design. THanks so much for this extra goodie !
Also many thanks for the adorable "dress form" . I did not have one and she will be up on my shelf for display TODAY !
The candy is perfect ! I love chocolate/coconut and chocolate/cherry ! LOL I thought it was so funny that I picked the candy that you don't like to eat as my faves, and the ones you like are not on my fave list Flapper We are candy opposites for sure !
The Tim HOltz buttons and other embellishments are also wonderful and I cannot wait to use them for some special projects BigGrin

Thanks again Peachy. I hope you will not be disappointed in your basket, as my crafting skills are no where near as elegant as yours....but I try to come up with some original ideas...

Many thanks to everyone who has participated in this swap...

Donna, your basket it also really AWESOME ! Can't wait to see MORE !! Woot Wub

Barb, hubby takes credit for the pastel-colored styrofoam peanuts. It was his idea and he looked for them for me to use in your box. I finished the swap early, so I decided to make the extra projects since it's a way to make the Easter basket of someone who practically has every crafting item imaginable extra special. I always think that all Parisienne homes need a dressform. Wink I saw that the mini banner on your basket had a clothespin malfunction, but that's okay since it was meant to be used as an embellishment for a 12x12 layout or for card fronts. I am so glad that your basket made you happy.

I have more pics in my blog, with the exception of the altered canvas, dressform and the "spring ladies" cards which are all design team projects but I had Barb and this swap in mind when I made them.

My basket will be here later in the day, but since I have to work tonight, I will be posting pics this weekend instead.

Hi Peachy ! SOrry you have to work tonight...I used to work 3-11 shift when I was at the hospital - my favorite work shift time... but when my son started school I had to move to days. After a couple of years of having to get up at 5:30 AM to be at work at 7, I decided I needed to find a new job (ha ha !- I am a 'night owl'). So I took a job as a manager for a Medical Supply Store for a couple of years and went to night school for Massage Therapy. I opened the first Medical Massage Therapy clinic in FLorida, on July 1, 1984...so I am coming up on my 30th year anniversary now.
It has been fulfilling and rewarding and I even though I am now looking at retiring soon, I cannot imagine what it will be like without my "baby"...it will probably feel like the day my son moved out and went into the Air Force.Crying.
We are getting torrential rain storms as I write this....sounds almost like a hurricane out there...OhMyGod OMG !! I hope it passes over soon. We have tickets to a ballet performance tonight.

Blessings to you all this Easter weekend Wub

Hi Barb! I hope you had a great time last night at the ballet. Work was not too bad for me, considering how busy I was. I could not wait to go home to my new toys! Thank you so much for my thoughtful basket! I Love everything! I am amazed by your generosity and kindness! I am soooo spoiled.

No DIBBS..not even a "dibblet". Flapper Okay let's see if I still know how to upload from Photobucket. It's been so long. First of all, let's start with the tres chic duct tape that Barb used to seal the box...

[img][/img]

It opened to this!
[img][/img]

And this...!
[img][/img]

I had these lovely Bird Song set of cards...
[img][/img]

These delicious candy...I'm in sugar heaven. Not even the baby can call dibbs on these.

Festive trims in beautiful metallics and floss in pastels...

Here's the cute egg card and the bunny mini album that's perfect for Kiko's easter pics. He wore pants with an embroidered bunny on it last year...

More pics of the mini album. Gotta love the googly eyes and the pompom tail! Notice how the pages are embossed...

She also sent extras! And I mean A LOT of them...
A pretty altered notebook using Sweet Sentiments paper...

Tim Holtz ink pad and Anna Griffin inkpads (I don't have AG ink pads, so these are too awesome, and I could never have enough Tim Holtz ink pads either. Drool )

Yummy-smelling lotion, soap petals, a pretty pearl necklace and Easter tissues...

She also made me my personal coaster, sent more twine that would be perfect for my fall cards and layouts; the ceramic heart lolly was part of the packaging for the mini

So glad your package was delivered. Looks like mine will be here Wednesday!! I can't wait.

Sorry, I've been MIA from the thread. Was out of town for my uncle's memorial service. I've been following along on threads and drooling over pictures of people's baskets. Will definitely post pics as soon as mine arrives.

Happy Easter, everyone!

Hi Everyone ! It is late Saturday night and I just had to try to take a peek here before going to bed...
Peachy, I am so glad you liked everything...It looks as though some of the stick pins fell out of the flower pot card. I thought I put 6 in there...Also, it appears as though I did forget to put in the altered tin...I will get it in the mail to you this week...if I can find it ! Flapper You will not believe the CHAOS my craft room is in and literally things are piled up in boxes on top of each other ! Doing taxes in there was a disaster, but I had to use the table so that meant all of my "in process" craft items and supplies had to be boxed up and moved off there. It is a mess ! I presume the tin got put into one of the boxes and there did not make it into your basket.... but I am glad Kiko's gift got in there (oddly enough, it is a little tin BigGrin with the Disney "Cars" design on it...I know most little boys like anything to do with cars.
I guess you noticed that under the Angel's "skirt" there is a round hanger to hang the towel from. I made a lot of these at Christmas in white with gold. I thought the purple was better for Easter... I mostly tried to keep to your preference of pastels, so I hope you didnt mind an occasional deep color.
Thanks again for swapping with me, I am truly happy with my basket !
HAPPY EASTER to ALL and GOD BLESS YOU !

Barb, Kiko loves the coin bank! Thank you so much for that. The size was perfect for his little hands. I tried taking his picture playing with it but he was like a little blur of a tornado. Blink I do understand about the craft room situation. We moved a year ago and I did not join swaps or craft much except for the design team since I couldn't find my stuff.

Happy Easter everyone!
