I just got a brand new cricut expression, on the LCD Screen it says the version and will not clear and never changes when I put in a cartridge. I do not know what in the world it could be. I turn it off - put in a cartridge - turn it on and nothing changes it will do nothing - no buttons work - I am at a total loss - I am sooooooo frunstrated. What am I doing wrong or is my machine not working correctly????????

Please help -
I already ordered a pazzle and sold it because it would not work with my MAC.

I have tried to hook to the craft room and cut and nothing - I have tried to unhook from my computer and just use the LCD screen and a cartridge - NOTHING - am I a total idiot or is the machine just not doing what it should do?

Thank you.............. Anyone that can shed some light on my nightmare.

That should not be happening and you are not doing anything wrong. Try to do a reset and if that doesn't work, call PC tomorrow. Good Luck! Smile

If it's an E2, it might need an update through Cricut Sync.

Ah... I think you could have used your Pazzles with your Mac with the Sure Cuts a Lot software...
