I am trying to install Cricut Sync to my PC and I keep getting this error message: "Bridge error: Sync failed to connect to the Bridge. Please restart Sync. If the problem continues, please contact customer support." Mad

I have tried restarting it, and I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it twice, but this Bridge error keeps coming up and won't complete the installation of Cricut Sync. If anyone has any suggestions I would be most appreciative!

Hello! The bridge error occurs when the antivirus on your computer is blocking the program from working . Please call customer service at 877-7cricut for assistance.
