I just recently purchased the Imagine on Ebay, (I think I got a good deal). I am having problems with udating it. I put in a new cartridge, and it says that i have to update it. When I put in the Imagine more cartridge, it says , Possible cartridge problems please remove and insert again, it still doesn't work. I did print out something since there was memory in it and it allowed me to print some scalloped circles. Can anyone give me some tips?
