Hi ~ I am new to craft room and have been trying to link all of my cartridges. I was able to link all of them except for the Close to my Heart Art Philosophy cartridge. I get an error that says "The cartridge cannot be linked. It has been changed"
I have been able to use it directly from my Expression without any problems. I was able to play with the images on Craft Room, but when I tried to print it gives me the same error.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any pointers?

Monica I bought a new in sealed packet cartridge which said it had been linked to a gypsy. There was no way this could have happened unless it was in the factory where it was made so I called PC and they added it manually to CCR for me ( I had registered it) and it was then able to be used in CCR and jumped onto my Gypsy as well. When they investigated they found that there was the wrong number of digits for it to have been linked to a gypsy so it was an error but it works fine in all my machines. Give PC support a call.

There was an issue with these when they were first released. I would call Cricut and see if they have a fix for you. I know they had to do an update so the would work with Design Studio - maybe the same this is true for CCR and gypsy
