I have purchased some vinyl from JoAnns, mostly when I need something quick, but I get most of it at Expressions Vinyl. They have a huge selection of different types of viny.

I buy my vinyl at Hobby Lobby. As for cartridges, one of my favorits is Locker Talk as we are a sports family.
