Hello All. Has anybody had this problem and can anybody tell me how to fix it?? The touchscreen on my E2 is off. When I click the letter I want, I get the letter next to it on the mat. I did the onscreen callibration twice with no fix. No luck. I called suppport and they advised me to hold down the zoom/pause/power button at one time, then try the callibration again. No luck. I called again and they advised me to run the sync program, which I did and still no luck. I did the onscreen callibration again and no luck. What else is there to do? I want to use my machine, but this is very frustrating!! Thanks for any help you can offer. Lisa
