Here are 2 sketches for today  One double and one single for you!!! I hope we can get a few more people to join us. No commitment!!! All I ask is that you post pictures so we can see how you interpreted the sketches. Remember they are just a starting point. You can change things up to suit your photos. I am going to be working on these. I have an idea for the double layout.
I like the idea of a heart border, but my computer crashed this summer and I lost last year's valentine pictures. :-(
I, too, hope more people join in!! I love the inspiration to see everyone's take on the sketch!!
It is a crazy week this week, hopefully will get them done in the next few days....

I have my pictures chosen for both these layouts so now I need to choose my papers!!! Always takes me the longest to do that part.

I've printed out the double sketch and have the pictures picked out along with the Dr. Checkup cuts from BSCQ last month - I hope to work on it tonight.

Got a layout done. Yahooo. I've been working on so many other projects, that I haven't had time for layouts, which are my favorite. This is my granddaughter on her 15 month checkup. I used cuts I got from Jen, which are from Dr. Checkup. Maureen - your pages are SO cute!! I love the background paper that looks like a chart and the die cuts and of course the pictures!!

Okay, I finally got my double layout done. We've had sick kids, sick mama, and no Internet from a snow-packed satellite dish!! As soon as I saw this layout, I knew I wanted to put in pumpkins for the circles. Sorry, I still haven't figured out how to make the pics smaller so they will post w/o having to click on them. Will get to that some day!!

Here are mine. I can't get my pictures posted as usual so I have uploaded them in photoshop and use the insert image code(mountain.)Hope it works!!!! I CANNOT get the 2nd one to go right side up!!!!! I'll try again.   Edited by user Tuesday, February 12, 2013 6:13:23 PM(UTC)

who prints 3.5 x 5 pictures anymore? I get my photos at Costco and they are all 4x6 or larger unless you want to pay more for wallet size, which is too small.
Great layouts ladies, I recognize that(favorite) G45 paper. I see all the pictures today, but was having trouble posting in the last week, had to try several times, including a logout and back in.

I haven't forgotten about this...on the rare times I can actually view the stuff. This morning everything is with an X. I don't have any disney pictures going up and down so have to go looking for pictures elsewhere. I am off next week (from one job at least) so will get to them next week and finish the last one...do go the pictures for that one...just not the paper, lol.

Lisa I can't even see the sketches today!!!!! You can always turn the sketch around to accomodate your pictures

Jean, your sunrise pictures are beautiful and I love your single page - just everything about it - love the colors and the embellishments!! We did some valentine activities today just so I could take pictures and use Jean's idea of a heart banner!! :-) Now, I just need to get them printed and find the right papers....

I just had to use Jean's idea of a heart banner. This is the fastest ever that I have gone from taking the pic, to printing, to layout!! Thanks for the idea Jean!! I hope I can get it to post....hey!! I did it!! Thanks so much Jean!!!  Edited by user Sunday, February 17, 2013 4:30:58 PM(UTC)

I can't see any of the pictures. Figures...I have a 3 day weekend, plans and grading finished and time to scrap. Oh well. I will check back and see if they have things fixed. I haven't had much luck posting pics here for quite some time now. I have completed several of the challenges but just can't post them. Thanks so much for getting the LID Challenge going again, Jean. :)

I am going to go back and repost the sketches!!!!! I have to go to a site like Photobucket and do it that way. After I get the pictures uploaded to Photobucket(you can use any online photo storage site)I click on the photo and an IMG code shows up underneath it.(don't use the direct link one) Click on it,COPY it and then return to the MB, post your message and PASTE what you just copied. DO NOT USE THE attach files on the MB. Just paste what you copied. If the picture is too big, you will have to resize it before you copy it.  Edited by user Sunday, February 17, 2013 12:29:43 PM(UTC)

Yes, it actually came on my laptop. It is a simplified version of Photoshop. Less expensuive also. Google them and see.

Finally got the double layout done...needed a vacation day to get it done. Still working on my Disney books. I used the Cars cartridge for all the signs cut at 2 inches. Just printed the title in word. Thank you Jean for your easy instructions on photobucket...so much better:)

Another challenge caught up on...need more vacation time  This will be my final page in my disney book...had to be up at 3:00 a.m. to get back to the airport (funny thing is that was the same time we had to get up to start our vacation). While we were there I had bought some scrapooking paper packets so this paper and the stickers on the bottom are from the pack. Cartridge: Simply sweet for the title Celebrations for the banner
