I have downloaded the app for the CCR but when I click on it it just keeps spinning...won't open.

I was having a little trouble working on a mat layer in a project about fifteen minutes ago....and it lasted for about ten minutes. I RARELY have those problems. So, perhaps there was an overload for a little while. Why don't you try unplugging your CRICUT from your hard drive (USB port) and rebooting your computer. After you reboot, go ahead and plug the USB port back into your computer/hard drive. If that doesn't help, maybe someone else will come along to help you. Char

Without further information it is difficult to help. If the error is that it is Initializing you will need to manage the exception in your antivirus. Please call customer service at 877-7cricut.
