I purchased a cartridge from this website "cricut" and just used it with my grand daughters and found it won't work properly.. I tried it over and over again, it's the cartridge not the machine. I need to know where I send it back and if I can get another one in it's place? Any suggestions would help. Thank you.

Call customer service @ 1-877-7cricut & they will help you with that issue.
