Help there are some loveley digital images and cartriges to download to the Craftroom,but I live in the UK,when I'v tried to checkout the address section only has 2 choices of country USA and Canada,does this mean I can't buy the images?

Click the little flag in the top right corner of the screen and select UK from the list. That will log you into the UK Cricut.com site. Then you'll be able to purchase your digital carts. Only problem is that not all of the digital carts are available there.

Went to the 'shop' today, and was interested in some of the Valentine card designs, clicked onto the flag, and selected Ireland (where I live!) and there were NO card designs. Is this an error, or is there a way we can purchase from the US site via Paypal or something?

I live in New Zealand and would love to be able to purchase digital as well.
I hope one day we are able to.

I also live in the UK, and have bought 2 cartridges digitally. As long as you select the Union Jack at the top right of the cricut main page, you will be able to digitally buy carts. I DO agree with a previous poster - not all carts are available to overseas customers - especially new ones
