Please help,
I can not log into CCR when I click it from my desktop. I don't get an error message, its just in that "thinking mode".
Can someone help me please.

Have you been able to log into CCR before this?
What computer do you have?
What browser are you using?
What kind of antivirus protection are you using?
We need more information.
ALSO, which CRICUT machine will you be working with? Have you used CCR before now?
