I have not been a big fan of CRR as I have a Gypsy & CDS, but I thought I'd try it again, I was excited to play around with it with my Imagine, even figured out how to add color to my cuts. Then when I went to cut, it started printing then froze, so I left everything where it was on the "mat", removed the color from my cuts & tried to just cut, same thing it just froze again, is there an update or something that can fix this problem??

You might want to go to TROUBLESHOOTING in the tutorials in CCR under the HELP menu. Just make sure everything is updated. Hopefully, in the troubleshooting you'll see what version you should be on. ALSO, be sure you don't have CDS and CCR open at the same time. What computer do you use? What Internet browser do you use....I think Internet Explorer is the best, but others do okay on other browsers, too. CCR requirements mention INternet Explorer as the preferred browser. Maybe someone else can offer something. Come back and let us know if you get any resolve. Have you called PC? Char Edited by user Tuesday, January 22, 2013 3:34:13 PM(UTC)

I got it fixed, I asked my tech savvy hubby when he got home, I just needed to download the driver from CCR. When I plugged it in the 1st time & turned on my Imagine, it said it was downloading drivers, but I guess I needed to download more. Thanks for ur help Mandy
