I am so frustrated! I had problems before with my Imagine and CCR, but this time I was using it by itself! It cut 2 letters I needed and when I tried to cut the next 2 it sucked in the mat like it was going to, but then it spit it back out! I just wish I could get it to work when I need it to!

Hello! There are lots of reasons why you may have experienced this. First, is your Imagine fully updated? Are you set to print and cut? Also, is your paper on the mat and have you made sure that the paper is not covering any portion of the black register lines? Try a different mat and/or turn it around the opposite direction. May just be that somethings happened to one of the black lines and it's not registering it right. Spits it out when that happens. Ditto what Gena said on the other things to check.

Thank you so much! It was that a little bit of one of the black lines was covered up! All of that frustration over something so simple!
